About Hoopers Together
The organising body created by our founding clubs, for everyone who shares a passion for Canine Hoopers.
Our story
Hoopers Together was created when four Scottish clubs came together: a team of experienced instructors, judges and show organisers who share a passion for the sport. We've listened carefully to the people who attend our classes and shows, and our aim is to offer a welcoming, inclusive and enjoyable Hoopers experience for dogs and handlers of all ages and abilities.
What we offer
- Regular shows throughout the year
- The highlight of our summer – a championship show for everyone, with league finals for all levels plus a qualifier final
- A dedicated Nursery Class for building confidence in the show environment and for dogs beginning their competition journey
- A structured grading and progression system
- Opportunities for junior handlers
- A Veterans class with milestone awards
- An emphasis on progressing distance handling skills
- A welcoming and supportive show environment
Our values
Inclusive — every dog and every handler is welcome.
Partnership — a focus on building a positive relationship between the dog and handler.
Together — friendships, camaraderie and good times.
